1、提要目的：内外合治法治疗复发性口疮溃疡（ROU），探讨甘草泻心汤和漱口散治疗ROU的疗效。方法：选择60例ROU患者，随机分为两组，试验组口服甘草泻心汤加减，配合自拟漱口散漱口，对照组口服维生素C和复合维生素B，两组对照，观察患者的临床疗效及复发情况。结果：试验组总有效率为92.5%，对照组总有效率为75.0%，两组疗效差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：中药内外合治治疗ROU有效，且远期疗效好，值得临床推广应用。关键词复发性口腔溃疡；甘草泻心汤；内外合治；临床研究Closetobothinsideandoutsidethetreatmentof
