1、提要目的：观察以健脾化痰法立方治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效，客观评价其治疗脂肪肝的有效性和安全性，并探讨其理论依据与作用机制。方法：收集筛选出符合纳入标准的患者58例，以健脾化痰法立方健脾化痰汤口服，并同时控制其他如饮食、休息、营养、运动等影响因素，疗程3个月。观察患者治疗前后主要症状、体征，以及肝功能(ALT、AST、GGT)、血脂(TC、TG、HDL)和胰岛素抵抗指数等，根据相应诊疗标准，作出疗效评价。观察结束后，将数据资料进行统计学分析。结果：总有效率93.10%，治愈9例(15.52%)，显效34例(58.62%)，好转11例(18.97%)，无效4例
