1、提要目的：通过分析总结山东中医药大学附属医院近两年的病例资料，比较克氏针钢丝张力带以及尺骨鹰嘴锁定加压接骨板两种不同术式在尺骨鹰嘴骨折治疗中的临床效果，为今后治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折选择一种灵活、准确、方便、有效的内固定方法提供一定的依据。方法：从山东中医药大学附属医院骨科选择2009年10月～2011年10月期间采用克氏针钢丝张力带或尺骨鹰嘴锁定加压接骨板治疗的尺骨鹰嘴骨折病例共40例，从骨折愈合时间、肘关节活动度和肘关节功能等方面对两种内固定方法进行比较和分析。结果：A、B两组术后三个月肘关节活动度优良率分别为：86

2、.36％、94.44％；术后6个月肘关节功能优良率分别为：90.90％、94.44％。经统计学分析，A、B两种治疗方法之间无显著性差异（P>0.05）。结论：克氏针钢丝张力带内固定和尺骨鹰嘴锁定加压接骨板内固定在治疗鹰嘴骨折的疗效上没有显著差别，两者均为有效的内固定方法，临床上可针对不同人群的经济承受能力、骨折的类型及骨折的严重程度合理选择使用。关键词尺骨鹰嘴骨折，肘关节，内固定，疗效Clinicalstudyoftwodifferentfixationmethodsontreatmentofolecranonf
