1、提要目的：通过对2010年11月至2011年11月期间，山东中医药大学附属医院的肺病科患者病例进行调查分析，运用频数分析方法和聚类分析方法对收集病例进行统计分析以及总结，探讨和研究肺系病热性药的用药规律。方法：收集2010.11-2011.11期间病案室、肺病科专科门诊以及病房的符合纳入标准的普通感冒、支气管哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病和特发性肺纤维化，并根据中医理论进行辨证分型。通过对收集的病例所用的热性药物的频次进行统计，总结出该病证所用的高频药物，并对高频药物通过聚类分析方法做功用上的分类。根据中医辨证用药规律，进一步总结出热性药物在肺系病中的用药规律。

2、结果：通过研究结果表明，各项研究具备统计学意义。本研究以临床症状、辨证用药发现了肺系病热性药的用药规律。结论：本研究选取四种疾病中辨证属于表寒证、寒痰证、虚寒证三类适合应用热性药物的证型来研究和讨论肺系病热性药的用药规律，认为寒痰是应用热性药的基本指征，从统计的数据来看，温化寒痰药占据主导的地位，尚需配伍适量的发散风寒药，以及温补脾肾的药物，以达事半功倍之效。治疗肺系病除辨证求因、审因论治等治疗原则外，还有其它规律可循，对临床的诊治是有一定指导意义的。关键词肺系病；热性药；用药规律ThedruglawsofthermallungdiseaseSpecia
