1、要目的：通过整理和筛选大量肺系病住院病例，就“地域因素”与肺系病发病规律的关系进行研究；并检索大量文献，就“地域因素”与肺系病发病规律的关系进行更深层次的探讨；以期丰富肺系病在预防、治疗、养生调护方面的思路，为加强对肺系病的临床干预提供理论依据。方法：分别研究地域因素与肺癌、肺结核、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、支气管哮喘、间质性肺病发病规律的关系。选取2011年1月至6月山东省中医院肺病科住院病例、肿瘤科肺癌病例、山东省胸科医院肺结核病例。总计肺癌病例120例、肺结核病例120例、慢性阻塞性肺疾病120例、支气管哮喘120例、间质性肺病120例。并制定调查表格，逐个调查其基本信息（姓

2、名、性别、年龄）、居住地、居住地环境是否有污染、职业（注意其是否接尘接毒）、饮食情况、发病情况。汇总数据后分别制作表格，SPSS18.0统计软件Z2检验对数据进行统计学处理，并分析结果。结果：在上述调查5大肺系疾病中，与地域因素有相关性的是肺癌、肺结核、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、支气管哮喘；而间质性肺病与地域因素没有明显的相关性。其中，肺癌、哮喘发病城市高于农村，沿海高于内陆；慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺结核发病农村高于城市；间质性肺病发病在城市和农村，沿海和内陆没有明显的差异；上述5种肺系疾病就济南地区发病情况为：肺癌>间质性肺病〉哮喘>慢阻肺>肺结核。结论：通过病案研究以及文献检索，发
