1、提要目的：白塞病是一种以复发性口腔溃疡、生殖器溃疡、眼炎及皮肤损害为特征的累及多系统的全身性疾病。白塞病的病因不明，病理基础为血管炎，临床表现复杂多样，无有效根治方法。中医药在本病的治疗过程中取得了显著效果，故本文旨在探讨一套行之有效的白塞病的中医治疗方案。方法：本论文通过运用中医三焦辨证理论及辨病辨证相结合思想，从病因、病机、辨病与辨证思想以及结合临床病例探讨治疗白塞病的中医治疗规律。结果：根据其发病部位的不同按中医三焦辨证可分为：火毒炽盛，攻于上焦证；湿热痰火，流注下焦证；湿热蕴脾，胃肠积热证；肾阴亏虚，虚火夹湿

2、证；火热炽盛，毒燔三焦证。意义：白塞病是一种病因和发病机制都不明确的自身免疫性疾病，具有易全身多系统受累、易复发等特点，然而中医药在治疗本病方面有其独特疗效。中西医结合治疗仍是简便、有效的方法。因此初步探究中医辨证、辨病用药的方法，发掘治疗本病有效及针对性强的治疗方法和药物，对于本病的治疗和预后等方面均有很大意义。关键词白塞病；三焦辨证；伏毒学说；辨病辨证相结合ClinicalresearchonBehcet'sdiseaseTCMTreatmentBasedonCombinationofDiseaseandSynd
