1、提要目的：观察中药扶正和脉饮治疗老年冠心病室性过早搏动（气阴两虚证）的临床疗效。方法：选择60例老年冠心病室性过早搏动患者随机分为两组，观察组30例，对照组30例。对照组：常规西药基础治疗加倍他乐克；观察组:中药扶正和脉饮加常规西药基础治疗。治疗4周后，观察治疗前后临床症状、动态心电图、化验室检查等指标，并进行统计学分析。结果：1.观察组中医症状改善方面总有效率为86.67%，对照组为73.33%,观察组明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。2.观察组抗心律失常总有效率76.67%，对照组为80.00%，两组疗效相当（P＞0.05）。3.在改善心率变异性(HRV)与血脂方面

2、，观察组优于对照组（P＜0.05或0.01）。4.在降低QT离散度与改善心肌缺血方面,两组都有较好的疗效（P＞0.05）。结论：扶正和脉饮是临床治疗老年冠心病室性过早搏动（气阴两虚证）的一个安全、有效的中药方剂，其组方以益气养阴，宁心安神为法。其作用机理可能与改善缺血、调节血脂及改善心率变异性等方面有关。从而肯定了中医药治疗本病的可行性，值得进一步深入研究学习。关键词扶正和脉饮；室性过早搏动；老年冠心病；临床研究ClinicalStudyonTreatingCoronaryHeartDiseaseintheelderlyofVentricularPrematureCo
