2、新生期大鼠空间学习记忆能力发育的影响。丙泊酚是目前应用非常广泛的静脉麻醉药,常用于临床麻醉的诱导和维持及重症监护室患者的镇静。近年来,随着对丙泊酚麻醉作用机制的深入研究,即作用于丫.氨基丁酸复合体和N.甲基.D天冬氨酸受体。但对于丙泊酚麻醉术后认知功能发育的影响还处于探索阶段,本实验通过Morris水迷宫实验和海马脑源性神经生长因子及其高亲和力受体以及Caspase.3的变化,探讨丙泊酚麻醉对认知功能发育影响的可能机制。方法:7日龄SD大鼠45只,随机平均分为三组:对照组,腹腔注射生理盐水25mg/kg,每隔20min给予首次剂量的1/2,维持2h
