1、大隐静脉曲张术后小腿淋巴漏7例报告涂友明邓小斌熊建国方汉初湖北省孝昌县第一人民医院普外科湖北孝昌432900【摘要】目的探讨大隐静脉曲张患者行高位结扎+点状剥脱术后发生小腿淋巴漏的原因•方法对126例行大隐静脉高位结扎+点状剥脱术病例进行回顾性分析，探讨并发淋巴漏的原因•结果126例患者中共有7例发牛小腿淋巴漏(5.6%)，其中男性患者3例，女性患者4例.126例中有50例C2,aEpAsPn,其中有1例发生淋巴漏(2%)；10例C3zsEpAsPn中有1例发生淋巴漏(10%);40例C4a,sEpAsPn中有3
2、例发生淋巴漏(7・5%)；20例C4b,aEpAsPn中有1例发生淋巴漏(5%);5例C5,aEpAsPn中有1例发生淋巴漏(20%);C6zsEpAsPn1例，未发生淋巴漏.所有淋巴漏均发生在小腿内侧中下1/3处.结论大隐静脉曲张患者行高位结扎+点状剥脱术中，在行点状剥脱时，应该避免为了盲目追求小切口、少切口，而在皮下广泛掏空式抽剥，操作应精细，以避免淋巴漏的发生.【关键词】淋巴漏；大隐静脉曲张；点状剥脱[Abstract]ObjectiveToinvestigatetheetiologyofthepostop
