1、工商管理硕十学位论文摘要近年来，我国银行业风险损失事故的频繁发生说明了操作风险已经成为了威胁银行业稳定发展的巨大隐患。然而我国银行界对操作风险的认识还不全面，对操作风险的研究时间较短，相应的管理方法与国际上还有较大差距，管理经验比较不足。本文在这样的背景下，试图以建设银行张家界分行为例，分析我国当前商业银行操作风险管理体系的缺陷问题并建立起先进的操作风险管理体制。本文首先阐述了操作风险的定义、分类、一般模式及其度量方法，阐述了操作风险管理的一般模式，详细介绍了操作风险的测量方法，对操作风险的一般理论进行了梳理。然后，

2、在此基础上从实际出发，全面介绍了建设银行张家界分行的操作风险管理制度、组织结构及特征，并整理归纳了建设银行张家界分行近三年来发生的操作风险损失事件，对其发生的原因进行了深层次的探究，具体剖析了建设银行张家界分行在操作风险管理上存在的缺陷。最后，通过借鉴新巴塞尔协议的精神与具体的操作风险管理方法，提出完善建设银行张家界分行操作风险管理体系的具体方案。关键字：操作风险；操作风险管理；新巴塞尔协议；商业银行建设银行张家界分行操作风险管理研究AbstractRecentyearsinourcountry，thefrequen
