1、摘要近年来，由于受到国际金融危机的影响，在加上高等教育的连续扩招，毕业生人数大幅增加，供需矛盾突出，高校毕业生就业形势日益严峻。在这一背景下，大学生自主创业得了社会的广泛关注。就目前的情况来看，我国高校的大学生创业能力培养体系还不尽完善，存在诸多问题。本文运用文献参考法、行为事件访谈法、问卷调查法探索了创业大学生素质模型的构成要素，通过综合分析法建立了大学生创业能力素质模型，研究结果表明优秀大学生创业能力素质模型由创业意愿、创业品质和创业能力3个模块构成，共涉及19项素质：信息分析、职业生涯设计
2、、兴趣爱好、制度构建、自律、智商、财务管理、职业道德、公关能力、资金获取能力、客户至上、创业意愿、市场开拓、风险控制、吃苦耐劳、身体素质、自信心、组织管理、识人用才。在构建大学生创业能力素质模型的基础上，本文充分分析目前我国大学创业教育的滞后问题，并以电子科技大学中山学院实际情况为例，对培养大学生的创业能力的必要性、考核体系做了探讨，并重点就如何有效提高大学生创业能力提出对策：组织保障，深化创业培养理念，打造专业化师资队伍，调整人才培养计划，增加创业实践教学等。关键词：素质模型，大学生，创业能力
