1、摘要目的:探讨sFRP、WIF.1、CDl33、CD44在肺癌中的表达与临床病理特征之间的关系,为肺癌的研究提供新思路。方法:选取2012年1月.2012年8月经手术切除的肺癌标本40例,术后病理均证实为非小细胞肺癌患者,其中男性22例,女性18例,年龄29岁至86岁,中位年龄62岁,淋巴结阳性37例,高分化2例,低分化29例,中分化9例。采用RT.PCR、WesternBlot分析sFRP(分泌型卷曲相关蛋白)、WIF.1(Wnt抑制因子.1)、CDl33(白细胞分化抗原分化群第133号)、CD44(
2、白细胞分化抗原分化群第44号)的表达情况,应用SPSSl4.0统计软件进行数据分析,采用卡方检验,t检验,X2检验,spearman相关分析等统计方法。结果:1、sFRP基因在肺癌组织阳性表达率为10.00%(4/40),在癌旁组织阳性表达率为85.0%(34/40);WIF.1基因在肺癌组织阳性表达率为27.5%(11/40),在癌旁组织阳性表达率为67.50%(27/40);CD44基因在肺癌组织中阳性表达率为77.50%(31/40),在癌旁组织中阳性表达率为30.00%(12/40);CDl33
