1、提高花生藤营养价值的调制技术研究摘要我国花生藤产量丰富,据2011年中国统计年鉴显示,其产量可达2430万吨,但目前花生藤利用率相对较低,除少部分被用作反刍动物饲料之外,绝大多数都以焚烧的形式浪费,未能得到充分的利用。我国南方地区粗饲料资源相对贫乏,若能合理利用花生藤资源,可以缓解南方地区粗饲料紧缺的现状。本试验综合分析了花生藤营养成分,其粗蛋白含量可达10.05%,且矿质元素含量较丰富,高于其它秸秆类饲料,是反刍动物较为理想的粗饲料来源;其纤维性物质含量相对较高,适口性差、不宜直接饲喂反刍动物,需经
2、/JUT处理。本试验同时使用氢氧化钙、尿素、食盐组成的复合处理剂处理花生藤(处理时间为30d),发挥碱化、氨化、盐化的综合作用来提高花生藤适口性和营养价值。通过对各处理组花生藤营养成分的测定以及体外产气动力学参数的分析,寻求一种合理的花生藤调制技术。并采用扫描电子显微镜技术分析不同化学处理组花生藤超微结构变化。结果表明通过碱化一氨化一盐化复合处理,可提高(P<0.05)花生藤中粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗灰分的含量,降低(P<0.05)花生藤中粗纤维、纤维素、酸洗洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维的含量。复合处理剂可提高(
