1、中文摘要工程硕士研究生教育自1984年提出，1997年由国务院学位委员会批准设置的专业学位，是和工学硕士处于同一层次、具有不同特色的学位。工程硕士研究生教育经历了从试点到奠定工程硕士人才培养模式的阶段，又从奠定了人才培养模式后发展到强调注重培养质量的内涵发展阶段。为保障工程硕士研究生教育质量，许多教育行政部门和培养单位都对此进行了积极的探索，但大多数研究都集中在工程硕士研究生教育质量本身的研究上，而对如何多方位、多角度的质量保障研究生并不深入，而且缺乏一套成熟的理论体系。为此，笔者从国际比较工程硕士研

2、究生教育的视角探讨我国工程硕士研究生教育质量保障的问题，分析其存在的问题，制定相应对策，建构合理的质量保障政策的内容体系，以期能对我国工程硕士研究生教育质量保障提供一些借鉴和帮助，促进我国工程硕士研究生教育向更深层次的发展。本文采用文献研究、比较研究、理论分析等方法的基础上，分析我国工程硕士研究生教育发展现状，提出工程硕士研究生教育质量保障存在政府干预过多、质量评价主体单一、质量意识淡薄、质量管理体系不健全、学校内部的质量监控体系尚不完善、校企合作缺乏应有的措施保障的问题，同时对天津大学在工程硕士研究

3、生教育质量保障中采取的有效措施进行分析。对发达国家美国、德国、法国专业学位教育质量保障进行比较分析，借鉴他们的成功经验，并针对这些问题提出了工程硕士研究生教育质量保障和提高的若干策略，以期推动我国工程硕士研究生教育的健康发展。关键词：工程硕士；教育质量；质量保障ABSTRACTEngineeringmastereducation,whichliesthesamelevelwiththesciencemastereducation，wasproposedforthefirsttimein1984andw
