1、烧结矿粘结相的微观组织结构与烧结矿质量的相关规律研究摘要本文采用微型烧结法,以水城钢铁(集团)有限责任公司现行三种不同类型铁矿为原料,应用光学显微镜观察显微结构和电子拉伸试验机测定烧结试样抗压强度,研究了褐铁矿、赤铁矿和磁铁矿单一和两两混合(配比为l:1)在不同碱度和温度条件下的烧结失重率、收缩率、软化温度、显微结构和抗压强度之间的相关规律。研究结果表明:单一的褐铁矿、赤铁矿和磁铁矿在不同碱度下烧结,收缩率低,液相生成少,空隙多,抗压强度低,烧结性能较差;从烧结技术指标综合分析,较高的收缩率和失重率与低软化温度和
2、高强度之间存在着明显正比例关系,混合粉比单一铁矿具有更好的烧结性能;巴西赤铁矿是使烧结试样获得高强度的保证;不改变碱度的情况下,配加观褐铁矿有利于改善液相生成能力和降低软化温度;高碱度条件下,配加阳春磁铁矿有利于复合铁酸钙生成。关键词:微型烧结;体积收缩率;显微结构;抗压强度ResearchonRelatedRegulationbetweenSinterBond·-phaseMicrostrucmreandSinterQualityABSTRACTInthispaper,applyingthemini-sinte
