1、●j浅谈行政公文“意见’’的语言应用语言学及应用语言学专业研究生：熊丽萍指导教llili：黄晓冬李星奎摘要：随着我国政治、经济、文化领域的不断发展，“意见"这一代表民主性的公文文种在国家各种公务活动之中使用的频率越来越高。为了适应国家发展形势的需要，2000年8月24日，国务院颁布了《国家行政机关公文处理办法》，确定了我国的行政公文为13类13种，并且取消了“指示"，把“意见"列为正式的公文之一。“意见"作为13类行政公文中可以多向行文的文种之一，要真正灵活运用，首先应正确掌握其自身的语言特点。而“意见"的语言特点代表了公文语

2、言的很多共同特点，所以对“意见"文种进行研究，一方面可以更好地掌握“意见"的写法，另一方面又能把这些特点运用到其他篇幅较长的公文文种之中，起到触类旁通的作用，对于整个公文语言的系统了解，是一个不错的范本。本文主要从“意见"文种的特点，行文方向来解释“意见"之所以在当今社会越来越广泛运用的原因。然后从“意见"的词语、句式、修辞手法等方面对其语言进行研究，分析了意见语言虽然篇幅较长却结构严谨、逻辑清晰的原因，对于公文语言规范性、准确性、严谨性、简明性做了一个很好的剖析。关键词：意见特点语言公文AbstractWiththecont
