2、fromatheoreticalandclinicalresearchontwoaspectstodiscussthemechanismofTFHCTenematreatMAP,provideatheoreticalbasisforChinesemedicinetreatingMAP.Methods:Selectobjectofobservationin60patients,randomlydividedintotestgroup(30cases)andcontrolgroup(30cases).ThetestgroupwasgivenTFHCTenemaonthebasisofwest
3、ernmedicinetreatment,andthecontrolgroupwasgivenwesternmedicinetreatment.Thecourseoftreatmentis14days.Beforeandaftertreatmentinthe2groupswereobservedinthecomprehensiveclinicalefficacy,TraditionalChineseMedicine(TCM)syndromescoreofthe7thdaysandthe14thdays,intestinalfunctionscore,CT;recordingtherest
4、orationofnormaldaysonPAMYandUAMY;testingtreatmentfor7days,14daysofGLUlevel;testingtreatmentforthirddays,seventhdaysforthelevelsofendotoxin.Results:Comprehensiveclinicalefficacy:Thetestgroupwasmorerateof90%,significantlybetterthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05)73.33%.ComparisonofTCMsyndromescore:twogroups
5、oftreatmentforthe7thdaysandthe14thdayswereobviouslyimproved(P<0.05orP<0.01);andthe7thdaysthetestgroupsymptomsimprovedsignificantlybetterthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05orP<0.01);fourteenthdaystwogroupsofmainsymptoms(abdominalpain,nauseaandvomiting,fever)improvementofnosignificantdifference(P>0.05),butt
6、hesecondarysymptoms(bloating,belchingdisorders,constipation,tongue,thetongue)ofthetestgroupimprovedsignificantlybetterthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Intestinalfunctionscore:thetwogroupshadsignificantimprovementaftertreatment(P<0.01),andthetestgroupwasbetterthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).CT:theCToftwogr
