1、摘要从大港油田油井附近受污染的土壤和污水中分离出6株能以蓖麻基润滑油为底物进行生物降解活动的菌株,并初步探讨了生物表面活性剂在菌群摄取润滑油过程中的作用机制;通过考察环境和生物因素对6株菌代谢润滑油能力的影响,选取其中四株构建高效降解菌群,研究了高效降解菌群的生态修复程度,初步研究出一套衡量可生物降解润滑油的生态效应的试验方法,为将来制定可生物降解润滑油的相关标准和法规提供理论依据。主要结果如下。优势降解菌群的最适生长温度为30℃,最适生长pH为7.O左右。通过改进的CECL.33.A.93分析方法得到了优势菌群在蓖麻基润滑油浓度为1%时最优降解条件和
2、最高降解率为:pH为7,温度30℃,接种量lO%,180r/min培养21d的降解率为84.86%。实验比较了三种表面活性剂对优势茵群降解蓖麻基润滑油的影响,结果表明,非离子型表面活性剂Tween-80能较好的促进蓖麻基润滑油的降解。当Tween.80浓度为600mg/L的时候,菌群的降解率最大。在选定表面活性剂的条件下,本文选取温度、pH、N的质量浓度为变化因子,以混合菌群为研究对象,设置一组三因素三水平的正交试验,研究各环境因子对混合菌群的降解率和生物量的影响。在实验设定范围内,三因素对菌群的蓖麻基润滑油降解率影响程度分别为温度>N浓度>pH。将菌
