2、了各分离菌株的润滑油降解性能。结果表明,所分离的3株菌株中,G1为黄单胞菌属(xⅡthom0ns),G2为动胶菌属(Azotobacter),G3为假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas);3株菌株均能生物降解润滑油,其中G3的润滑油降解能力最强。菌株G1、G2和G3降解润滑油的适宜pH值分别为8.0、7.0和8.0,适宜的降解温度分别为2O、3O和30~C。3株菌株适宜的接种量均为1O,且100mL培养液中润滑油的初始量不超过300“I。此外,培养时葡萄糖作为补充碳源,可不同程度地提高3株菌株的润滑油降解率
