1、海扶刀治疗在子宫肌瘤患者中的应用价值探讨李琼李琼1汪饪清2石晓燕2（1内江市第二人民医院四川内江641003）（2内江市妇幼保健院四川内江641000）【摘要】目的：探讨及观察海扶刀治疗在子宫肌瘤患者中的应用价值。方法：选取2014年1月〜2015年6月于木院进行治疗的60例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象，将其根据随机数字表法分为两组，对照组的30例患者进行常规手术治疗，观察组的30例患者则进行海扶刀治疗，然后将两组患者治疗前和治疗后1个月、3个月及6个月的UFS-QOL量表评估结果及血清激素指标进行比较。结果：治疗前两组患者的UFS-QOL量表评估结果及血清激素指标均无明显差异，P均＞0.05,

2、而治疗后1个月、3个月及6个月观察组的UFS-QOL量表评估结果均高于对照组及木组治疗前，血清激素指标也均高于对照组及本组治疗前，P均＜0.05,两组治疗后1个月、3个月及6个月的评估结果间均有显著性差异。结论：海扶刀治疗在子宫肌瘤患者中的应用价值相对更高，其可更为有效的改善患者的牛活质量,对于机体的不良影响控制也相对更好。【关键词】海扶刀治疗；手术治疗；子宫肌瘤；应用价值【中图分类号】R730.5【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）07-0116-02InvestigationontheapplicationvalueofHIFUkinfetreatmentinth
