2、entconflictsandwars.FourthMiddleEastWar，wecanseethestrategicpositionofwaterinbetween.ProblemsofwaterresourcesintheMiddleEastaremajorinthesamewaterbasin，usuallybecauseoftheirrationaldistributionofwaterresources.InadditiontotheState'sownunreasonableuseofwaterresources，thecomp

3、etitionbetweencountriesoverwaterresourcesdevelopmentandothercausesofthewatersecuritysituationintheMiddleEast.Otherpartsoftheworldisdifferent，theMiddleEastwaterresourcesanddistributionproblemsbutalsocontainspolitical，religiousandotherfactors，thesituationisnotconducivetolong-

4、terminstabilityoftheMiddleEastpeaceprocess.Therefore，thewaterwillinfluencetheeconomicdevelopmentoftheMiddleEastandpoliticalsituationisanimportantfactor.ThispaperattemptedtofindawaytodealwiththeMiddleEastproblemsbyanalysisthecausesofsecurityproblemsofwater.Traditionalagricul

5、ture，animalhusbandryeconomyneedstoconsumelargeamountsofwater，andnotsustainable，theMiddleEastneedtochangethenationalagriculturalpoliciestoreducethecultivationofcrops，water，improvedirrigationtechniques，waterconservationandtopromotenationalsaving.Whileinthewater，throughdesalin

6、ation，sewagerecyclingandotherprojectstoexpandedtheirsourcesofwater.Somehavewater-richcountriesthroughthepurchaseofvirtualwatertoreducetheirwaterconsumptiontomeetthebasicneedsofthecountry.ThisshowinthehistoryoftheMiddleEastwatersecurityintheprocessofgrowingdomesticandforeign

7、policyintheMiddleEastcountrieshaveasubtleinfluence.Inadditiontothiseconomiccooperation，countriesneedthecontroversialissueofwaterallocationanddevelopmentofconsultation，toavoidaseriousofeventstoexpand.However，duetodeficienciesofwaterresourcescooperationmechanism，theMiddleEast
