4、es,thedevelopmentdirectionoflong-actinganestheticsagentshasshiftedtothevariousformsoflocalanestheticsmicrospherespreparation,whichcanflowdownitsplasmaconcentrationfluctuationsinordertoreducethetoxicityofdrugsandachievealastingeffectionandreducetimesofadministra
5、tion.PLAandPLGAisakindofcompletelybiodegradableplasticsdevelopedrecently.whichisupfromatypical0【-hydroxyacidpolymerandhasgoodbiocompatibilityandhumanadaptability.Inorganisms,theultimatedegradationproductsofPLGAarelacticacid,whichultimatelycompletelydegradetocar
