3、dthesignalintensityandgeneratedthetime—signalintensitycurveusingFunct001．MRSanalysiswasperformedbyusingsingle—voxelspectroscopyanalysissoftware．WemainlyobservedtheCholinepeaks．Results：Of38lesions，20werepathologicallycancerand18werepathologicallybenign．20breastcancershadannularenhancement，of

4、which2showedtypeIcurve，6showedtypeIIcurve，and12showedtypeIIIcurve．In20breastcancers，only1Idemonstratedincreasedcholinepeak，ofwhich8wereInvasiveductalcarcinomas(6showedtypeIIICHIVe，2showedtypeIIcurve)，3wereInvasivelobularcarcinomas(2showedtypeIcurve，1showedtypeIIcurve)．Of9lesionswithoutcholi

6、lescent．Thesensitivity，specificityandaccuracyoftime—signalintensitycurvefordifferentiationwere90．0％，66．7％and78．9％respectively；thesensitivity，specificityandaccuracyofcholinepeakwere55．O％，83．3％and68．4％respectively；thesensitivity，specificityandaccuracyofthecombinationcriteriawere100％，66．7％and8

7、4．2％respectively．Conclusion：Manyfactorsaffectcholinepeakchecking．DiagnosingbreastcanceronlybyusingCholinepeakhaslowsensitivityduetotechnologicalfactorsorlesions．ThecombinationofCholinepeakandpatternsoftime-signalintensivecurvecanimprovethesensitivityanda
