1、中央民族大学研究生毕业论文(设计)利”仍占据第一位,其次是与工作相关的“岗位晋升空间”和“工作内容”,再次是“公司的发展前景”。为了降低北京市中小建筑企业员工的离职倾向,根据研究结论,本文提出以下建议:第一,建立公平、有吸引力的薪酬福利激励体系,如可根据不同岗位员工对企业发展的贡献方式,而有针对性的根据员工个人能力水平和岗位特点采用浮动工资的制度,建立宽带型薪酬工资制度,建立自助餐式的福利体系等;第二,完善员工职业生涯规划和培训系统,满足员工成长需求;第三,加强组织企业文化建设,增强员工归属感;第四,鼓励内部员工推荐,严把面试流程;第五,重视离职管理,找出员工离职的真正原因。关键词中小建筑企业
