1、资融券的提出背景、发展历程、交易模式、交易制度和法律监管等几个方面进行对比分析，然后进行归纳总结，得出选择何种模式应与其所在国家和地区的法律法规的健全程度、证券市场完善的程度和市场中参与者的成熟程度等条件相适应。然后结合我国的现实国情，探讨了融资融券业务授信模式的选择标准和原则，认为在现阶段，我们应当借鉴日本和我国台湾地区融资融券制度模式的经验，建立起证券金融公司的模式。同时，证券金融公司的建立也要分阶段逐步进行。在建立初期，我们就应该用市场化的方式来经营证券金融公司，使它成为独立自主经营的法律主体，减少政府的行政干预，这样可以减少最后向市场化模
