1、摘要本文主要是对国家档案馆公共服务评价指标体系的研究，旨在为国家档案馆设计出一套合理的评估指标体系，以有效地测评国家档案馆公共服务的工作状况，明晰档案馆工作面临的问题及不足之处，可以为档案工作部门公共服务相关工作提供新的思考和新的角度。本文的研究主要包括以下几个方面：一是介绍本文的研究背景、研究目的及意义，在分析国内外国家档案馆公共服务及评价现状的基础上，提出了本文的研究思路，阐述了重点、难点和创新之处，并对研究方法进行说明。二是通过文献调研和资料分析，界定了本文研究对象国家档案馆公共服务及评价的相关定义和内涵。三是运用定性与定量相结合的方法构建出国家档案馆公共服务评价指标体系，计算出指标的

2、权重，确定了评价公式和具体的评分细则。四是基于可比性和数据可获取性，本文选择浙江省内23个国家档案馆进行实证计量研究，并对计量结果利用SPSS统计软件进行统计分析，进一步确保指标的科学性。最后，对本文的研究进行总结，分析了研究过程的不足之处和今后的研究发展方向。需要说明的是，本文构建的国家档案馆公共服务评价指标体系是一种尝试，仍然处于初级阶段，需要经过在实践运用中不断的优化和完善。关键词-国家档案馆公共服务评价指标体系实证研究层次分析法专家调查法IllAbstractBasedonthecomparativeanalysisoftheexistingpublicservicesanditse

5、otheliteratureandThirdlyitisworthmentioningthatthisstudywillcombinethequalitativeandquantitativemethods，mainlyisAHPandDelphi，toconstructaindexsystemofthepublicservicesofNationalArchives．Then，tocalculatestheproportionoftheindexweights，establishestheformulaandexplainsthespecificraterules．Fourthly,bas
