1、新疆农业大学硕士学位论文牛卵母细胞玻璃化冷冻保存的研究姓名:郭娟申请学位级别:硕士专业:预防兽医学指导教师:王志琴;黄俊成20090601牛卵母细胞玻璃化冷冻保存的研究摘要本论文主要探索了牛第二次减数分裂中期(MII期)卵母细胞和生发泡期(GV期)卵母细胞的玻璃化冷冻保存方法,研究结果如下:分别用玻璃微细管(GMP)法和固体表面玻璃化(SSV)法冷冻保存牛MII期卵母细胞,结果表明,SSV法(32.6%)略优于GMP法(27.1%),但经统计分析显示,GMP法(27.1%)与SSV法(32.6%)的卵
