2、mposites.Theoxidationmechanismsof3DC/SiCcompositesinair,inwatervaporandinoxygen/watervaporcouplingenvironmenthavebeenclarifiedonthebasisofoxidationbehaviorsandmicrostructureanalysisofC/SiCcomposites.Theoxidationkineticsmodelsofthecompositesinoxygenandinoxygen/watervaporhavebeen

3、establishedrespectivelybasedonthetheoriesofchemicalreactionkineticsandmasstransport.ThesoftwareplatformoffactorizationforanalysisofC/SiCcompositesoxidationbehaviorshasbeendeveloped.Themaincontentsofthis俪rkareasfollows:1.Theanalysesofthemicrostructuresaswellasthecharacterization

4、sofmicrocracks,depositiondefectsandresidualporesof3DC/SiCcompositeshavebeendonetodeterminethemaindiffusionchannelsofoxygenintothecompositesatdifferenttemperaturedomains.2.Theoxidationmechanismsof3DC/SiCcompositesinair,inwatervaporandinoxygen/watervaporcouplingenvironmenthavebee

5、nsystemicallyanalyzedbasedontheresearchofoxidationbehaviorsandmicrostructuresofC/SiCcomposites.3.Thetheoriesofchemicalreactionkineticsandmasstransporthavebeenusedtoestablishtheoxidationmodelsofcompositesinoxygenandoxygen/watervaporcouplingenvironment,inwhichthefunctionalrelatio
