3、anetworkscoupledwiththeavailabilityofcommodityincludingvector,SIMD,andMIMD,andtherewereanumbermiddlewarewillproduceanewparadigmofhighperformanceofdifferentmanufacturers,allofwhomemployeddifferentcomputingthatwecallPost-Clustercomputing.Furtherweinstructionsetsandopera
4、tingsystems.Thedissimilarityarguethatthecomputationalsciencecommunityisonthecuspofthischange,andalreadyweareseeingsystemsdeployedthatbetweenmachinesmadeitextremelydifficulttoportapieceofutilizethisnewstyleofcomputing.Wediscusstwosystemsthatsoftwarefromonemachinetomach
5、ineanother,ortogetwearedevelopingalongtheselines,aframeworkfordeployingdifferentmachinestoworktogetheronasingleproblem.Italsoscientificapplicationsaswebservicesandafinite-elementmeantthatapplicationsoftenhadtobedevelopeddirectlyonmethod(FEM)analysissystemthatusescomme
6、rcialrelationalthesemachines.databasesystems(RDBMS’s)insteadofflatfiles.WearguethatCluster-basedHPC-Inthenineties,thegapbetweensuper-bothofthesesystemsleveragecommoditymiddlewareinorderandgeneral-purposecomputersgrewincreasinglysmaller.toallowustowriteapplicationsthat
