4、esignertomaintainatrulyholisticviewofthedesign.ThispapertakesalookathowAltiumsolvesthisproblemthroughitsUnifiedComponentmodel,andanewapproachtocomponentmanagementthatharnessesthepowerofthismodel.HistoricalComponentManagementinAltiumDesignSolutionsAltiumhasbeenpr

5、ovidinginnovative,leadingedgedesignsolutionsformanyyears.Withinthevariousofferingsofthesoftware–fromtheDOSdaystopresentdaywithAltiumDesigner–managementofcomponentsusedinadesignhasalways,andcontinuestobe,afundamentalelementofthesoftware.Afterall,withoutcomponents
