2、4.zd03}@aub.edu.lbAbstract-Thecontinuinggrowthindemandforbettermobilefordifferentwirelessaccesstechnologies.Toourknowledge,experience,higherdataratesandlowerlatenciesisdrivingthenoneoftheexistingworksinvestigatedBSplacementinthedevelopmentoftheforthcominggenerationofwirelesssystems,contextof5Gc
3、ellularnetworks.namely,SG.Radionetworkplanning(RNP)isoneoftheComparedtoexistingwirelessnetworks,themajoroverhaulessentialstagesindeployingawirelessnetworkthatmeetscertaincoverage,capacityandqualityofservice(QoS)requirements.thatisexpectedinthe5GevolutionofmobilestandardsWhiletheRNPproblemhasbee
4、nstudiedforexistingwirelesspresentssignificantchallengestotheRNPprocess.Inparstandards,themajoradvancementsintroducedintheupcomingticular,5GnetworksshouldsupportveryfastdataratesupSGstandardnecessitateareinvestigationoftheproblem.Tothisto10Gb/sandmorebandwidthcomparedtothepreexistingend,thispap
5、erinvestigatestheRNPprocessinthecontextofcellulartechnologies.ThishasmotivatedtheuseofmmwtheupcomingSGnetworks.Theplanningprocesswillminimizeandoptimizethelocationsofbasestations(BSs)inaselectedfrequenciesofferingalargeamountofavailableunlicensedgeographicalareausingaheuristicalgorithm.Eventhou
6、ghSGisspectrumthatcouldbepotentialfrequencybandsfor5Gstillbeingstandardized,thepaperwilltakeintoaccountsomeofcellularsystems.MmwfrequencieswereonlyusedforshortthekeyaspectsthatwouldconstitutethecoreofnextgenerationrangewirelesscommunicationsuchasWiGiGstandardduenetworkssuchastheuseofmillimeterw
