6、esequence.SomecharactersoftheScASADHgeneencodingaminoacid,includingthecompositionofaminoacidsequence,physicalandchemicalproperties,subcellularlocalization,transmembranedomain,hydrophobicity/hydrophilicity,secondaryandtertiarystructureofproteinplusfunctionaldomains,wereanalyzedby

7、bioinformaticstools.TheresultsshowedthatthefulllengthScASADHgenefromsugarcanewas1711bp,includingone1128bpopenreadingframe(ORF)whichencodesapolypeptideof375aminoacids.TheencodedproteinofScASADHgene,withthepresenceofsignalpeptideandseveralconserveddomainsequences,wassolubleandloca

8、tedinnucleus,andthecorrespondingsecondarystructureofthisproteinwasmainlycomposedofrandomcoil.ThefunctionoftheScASADHproteinwasmainlyinvolvedwithtranslation.ElectronicexpressionanalysisrevealedthattheScASADHgenewasconstitutivelyexpressedinthesugarcaneroottip,seedling,inflorescenc
