4、butionof5-HTandTPH1intheintestinalofEriocheirsinensisThisexperimentstudiedonthedistributionof5-HTandTPH1intheintestinalofcrabthroughadoptsthemethodofimmunohistochemistry,theresultsareasfollows:1)5-HTcanbedetectedbyimmunolocalizationinthemidgut,thehindgutampullaandhidgut.I

5、nthemidgut,5-HTismainlydistributedinthenucleusofmucosalepithelialcellsandadventitia.Inthehindgutampulla,5-HTwaswidelydistributedinthenucleusofmucosalepithelialcellsandperipheralconnectivetissue.Inthehidgut,TPHismainlyfoundinthenucleusofmucosalepithelialcellsandadventitia.

6、2)TPH1canbedetectedbyimmunolocalizationinthemidgut,thehindgutampullaandhidgut.Inthemidgut,TPH1ismainlydistributedinthenucleusofmucosalepithelialcells.Inthehindgutampulla,TPHwerewidelydistributedinthenucleusofmucosalepithelialcellsclosetothemidgutandthecytoplasmofmucosalep
