3、deevidenceforthenasalcare.Methods:1、SelectedthecasesofmechanicalventilationpatientswithorotrachealintubationornasalintubationinICU,anddividedrandomlyintooralgroupandnasalgroup.Timeofcasetrackingwas7days.RecordedclinicalmanifestationsandexaminationresultstocomparedtheincidenceofVAP;thepatientso

4、foralgroupweredividedintoVAPgroupandnon-VAPgroup.ThepatientsofnasalgroupweredividedintoVAPgroupandnon-VAPgroup.andmadethesinglefactoranalysistoanalysisriskfactorsofVAP.2、Recordedclinicalmanifestationsandexaminationresultstoobservetheincidenceofinfectioussinusitisinnasalgroup.Thecasesofnasalgro

5、upweredividedintosinusitisgroupsandnon-sinusitisgroup,andmadethesinglefactoranalysistoanalysisriskfactorsofsinusitis.Collectednasalbiopsymaterialandlowerrespiratorytractsecretionsformthesamepatientduringthesameperiod,anddonegermiculturetoselectthesamekindsofbacteriacolonization,anditshomologou

6、swereanalyzedwithRAPD-PCR.andtherelationshipofinfectioussinusitisandVAPwasinferred7fromthetimeofbacterialcolonization.Results:1、Collected60patientswithmechanicalventilation,30casesoforalgroupand30casesofnasalgroup.13casesofVAPand17casesofnon-VAPinoralgroup.14casesofVAPand16casesofnon-VAPinnasa
