3、ion,whichregulatesheanesthesiadepththroughtargetplasmaoreffect-siteconcentrationadjustmentbasedonpharmacokineticsandpharmacodynamics,thereforemodulatesedationandanesthesiamoreconvenientlyandexactly.Itismoretractablethantheconventionalmethodfordruginfusion.
4、Duringanesthesiainduction,TCIenablesarelativelystableplasmaconcentrationwhichleadstoamoreidealdepthmaintenance,therebyinhibitsthestressresultingfromtrachealintubationorsurgicalmaneuvereffectively.Atpresent,propofolTCIhasalreadybeengeneralizedtoboththeyoung
5、andtheelderlypatients.However,thereisalagfortheplasmaconcentrationtomatchtheeffect-siteconcentration.Recently,manyauthorsstarttopaycloseattentiontomoreeffectivemodeofinduction,targeteffect-siteconcentrationcontrolledinfusion，whichisaTCIbasedontargeteffect-
6、siteconcentration.Itdisplaytheadvantagesofrapidonsetandsensitiveadjustmentofanesthesiadepth.However,becauseofitsovershooting,themoreelderthepatientis,thelesstoleranttoTCI.OurstudyaimstofindtheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofboththetwomodesofTCIthroughobserving
