1、上海大学硕士论文我国商业银行盈利模式再造研究摘要目前，我国商业银行面临着一个突出的问题是：客户有效需求不能在我国商业银行现有的盈利模式条件下作出快速敏捷的反应，从而许多客户资源流向了外资银行。在我国加入WTO后，我国目前这种单一的以存贷利差为主的盈利模式究竟可以支撑多久，是必须正视的一个问题。对我国商业银行而言，实行盈利模式再造是解决这种困局的有效途径之一。本文通过我国商业银行的盈利模式与西方及东亚商业银行的国际比较，找出我国商业银行盈利模式的不足和值得改正的地方。借鉴现有的银行再造理论，指出我国商业银行盈利模式再造就是要建立以学习型组织构建为基石，以业务流程为核心

2、、以信息技术为依托、以客户导向为目标、以金融创新为手段的全新的银行经营模式，以求实现对成本、质量、速度和反应进行彻底的、根本性的变革。进而围绕银行盈利模式再造的必要性、学习型银行、再造的策略和步骤等逐一展开：并以银行再造活跃的招商银行为例，从效率的角度论证了盈利模式再造的成效。最后对全文作了总结与展望，得出了结论；中国商业银行与国外银行相比，在盈利模式上存在巨大差异，商业银行应不断拉长其收入链；积极推行盈利模式再造对于中国商业银行的发展具有特别重大的意义。关键词：商业银行盈利模式再造银行效率核心能力堂查兰堕圭丝苎苎塑塑些堡!i垄塑堡茎至查塑塞ABSTRACTCurr
