3、teralICAstenosisorocclusion,and2patientsnoabnormal.Theyweredividedintosymptomaticgroupandasymptomaticgroupoccorindtotheirclinicalmanifestations.AnalysethecharacteristicsofcerebralhemodynamicsofthepatientsonTCDandCTP.ResultsVmandPIofMCAdistaltotheICAwithmildormoderatestenosisonTCDshowed
4、nosignificantdifferenceascomparedwiththecontrolgroup(P＞0.05).BothVmandPIofMCAintheasymptomaticgroupwithICAseverestenosisorocclusiondecreased,butonlyMCAPIdecreasedsignificantlyascomparedwiththecontrolgroup.BothVmandPIofMCAinthesymptomaticgroupwithICAseverestenosisorocclusiondecreasedsig
5、nificantlyascomparedwiththecontrolgroupandwiththeasymptomaticpatients.Clinicalmanifestationswerecorrelatedwithdegreesofstenosisandcerebralcollateralcirculation.AsforthepatientswithunilateralICAseverestenosisorocclusion,thereweremorecirculationflowpatternsintheasymptomaticgroupthaninthe
