1、AbstractBothprolificacyandovulationrateinsheephaveasignificantpositivecorrelation,whilethehighandlowovulationratehasregulatedbythereproductivehormonesinvivo.ThestudywasaimtodiscusstherelationsbetweenthereproductivehormonesanddifferentgenotypesofBMPR-IBinCeLeBlackSheep.Thestudywasaimtodiscusstherela

2、tionsbetweentworeproductivehormones(estradiol,progesterone)anddifferentgenotypesofBMPR-IBandESRinCeLeBlackSheep.Estradiolinserumfrom47multiparousewesindiestrusandprogesteroneinserumfrom64pregnantewesweretestedwithenzymelinkedimmunosorbentassay.GenotypesofBMPR-IBandESRintheseewesweredetectedbyPCR-RF

3、LPtechnology.ThecorrelationsbetweenthelevelofestradiolandprogesteroneanddifferentgenotypesofBMPR-IBandESRwereanalyzed.TheresultsshowedthattherewerenosignificanceinthelevelofestradiolandprogesteroneamongthreedifferentgenotypesofBMPR-IBandESRinCeLeBlackSheep,respectively(P>0.05).Theresultsindicatetha

4、tthelevelofestradiolandprogesteronearenotaffectedbymutationofBMPR-IBandESR.Thestudywasaimtodiscusstherelationsbetweenthreereproductivehormones(FSH,LHandE2)anddifferentgenotypesofBMPR-IBonestrusewes.Thereproductivehormone(FSH,LHandE2)inserumfrom13ewesatdifferentpointsofoestrusweretestedwithenzymelin

5、kedimmunosorbentassay,too.Theresultsshowed:ThelevelofFSHwassignificantlydifferencewithgenotypeof++andBBinBMPR-IB(P<0.05)at0h,3h,6h,9h,12h,15hand18h,butthreegenotypeswerenosignificantlydifferenceat21hand24h(P>0.05);thelevelofLHandE2wassignificantlydifferencewiththreegenotypes(P<0.05).Themeanserumcon

6、centrationsofFSH,LHandE2weresignificantlyhigherin++ewesthaninBBeweswiththoseB+animalsbeingconsistentlyinbetween.TheresultssuggestthatthelevelofFSH,LHandE2areaffectedsignificantlybymutationofBMPR-IBonestrus,buttheeffectdecreaserapidlyaftertheestrus.ThestudywasaimtodiscusstherelationsbetweenthemRNAex
