1、单腔造口与双腔造口的Meta分析中文摘要单腔造口与双腔造口的Meta分析中文摘要目的：评价单腔造口和双腔造口的并发症发生风险，探讨两种造口方式各自的优劣，为临床应用提供参考。方法：检索PubMed、EMBASE、Springer及NCBI等公共检索系统，文献搜索截止至2014-02-01，纳入文献时间跨度从1996-2010年。选择其中有关单腔造口和双腔造口比较的对比研究，进行质量评价及数据提取，对造口缺血坏死、造口旁疝、造口脱垂、造口周围感染（皮炎），造口狭窄以及造口回缩进行分析。分析软件为RevMan5.2软件及STATA11.0。结果：（1）Meta分析
2、结果显示，单腔造口在造口旁疝（RR:0.66,CI:0.49-0.91,Z=2.57,P=0.01）、造口脱垂（RR:0.23,CI:0.05-0.99,Z=1.97,P=0.05）及造口回缩（RR:0.21,CI:0.04-0.99,Z=1.97,P=0.05）方面较双腔造口风险要小。（2）双腔造口在造口缺血坏死（RR:5.08,CI:1.94-13.22,Z=3.31,P=0.009）方面更具优势。(3)而对于造口狭窄（P=0.32）及造口周围感染（P=0.09），研究结果并无显著统计学意义。结论：根据本研究数据，两种造口方式各有利弊，单腔造口的并发症较双
