2、),measuredbytransabdominalultrasonographyindignosingbladderoutletobstruction(BOO).Methods:101caseswerecollected,Westudiedtheclinicaldataof101BPHpatientsreferredforlowerurinarytractsymptoms(LUTS)fromNovember2008toNovember2009.Allofthemunderwenttransabdominalultrasonographytomeasurethesuperior-inferi

3、ordiameter(R1),anterior-posteriordiameter(R2),left-rightdiameter(R3)andIPP.Thepatientscanbedividedintointravesicalprostaticprotrusiongroupandnon-intravesicalprostaticprotrusiongroupaccordingtotheirIPP,Whiletheprostatevolume(PV)wascalculated.Urodynamicexaminationwasconductedtorecordthemaximumflowrat

4、e(Qmax),anddetrusorpressureatmaximumurinaryflowrate(PdetQmax),andAGvalueswerecalculated.Thepatientsweredividedintoobstructiongroupandnon-obstructiongroupaccordingtotheirAGvalues,andthecorrelationshipwereanalyzed.Results:theR1,R2,R3andPVwerefoundstatisticallydifferentbetweentheobstructionandthenon-o

5、bstruction(P＜0.05).Therateofhappeningthebladderoutletinintravesicalprostaticprotrusiongroupwashigherthaninnon-intravesicalprostaticprotrusiongroup.LogisticanalysisshowedthatR1(OR=11.967,P=0.020)andIPP(OR=6.122,P=0.009)werepositivelycorrelatedwithbladderoutletobstructionvaluedwithAG.Conclusion:ThePa
