3、ofAspergillusnigerwhichhaveagoodthermalstabilitybyapplyingofadvancedtechnologyofpharmaceuticalpreparations.Theactivityofphytasepelletswerequantifiedbyvanadium—ammoniummolybdatemethod.Theresultsofintra-dayandinter-dayprecision,recoveryandsampledeterminationweresatisfying,provingthatthism

4、ethodisascientific,reliableandsimplemethodforquantitativeanalysisofphytase,andCanbeusedforactivitydeterminationofthephytasepelletsduringinspectionofpreparationandstability.Wepreparedphytaseprimepelletspossessingsmoothsurfar:e,900droundness,small-friability,uniformparticlesizebyusingextr

5、usion-spheronizationmethodwithhighyield.ThegoodliquidityoftheobtainedpelletsWasinfavorofitsmixingintofeedpelletsandapplyingintoactualproduction.LiquidityofpelletsWasgood,SOitisconducivetomixingintofeedpelletsandapplyingintoactualproduction.Phytasecoatedpelletswerepreparedbycoatingphytas
