1、摘要小花棘豆(OxytropisglabraDC.)为豆科(Leguminosae)棘豆属(Oxytropis)多年生草本植物,是我国西北草原上的一种疯草。疯草(locoweed)指含苦马豆素(swainsonine,SW)的豆科多年生草本黄芪属(Astragalus)和棘豆属有毒植物,家畜采食一定量的疯草后,就会表现出中毒症状,严重的导致家畜死亡,从而危害畜牧业的发展。已有研究表明疯草毒素苦马豆素与疯草携带的内生真菌Undifilumoxytropis有关,小花棘豆作为疯草的成员之一也携带此内生真菌。本研究采用荧光定量PCR方法检测小花棘豆内生真
2、菌Undifilumoxytropis与苦马豆素关系,结果如下:1从两个种群的小花棘豆不同器官中都检测到了苦马豆素,两个种群小花棘豆不同器官的苦马豆素含量都存在差异,但只有伊金霍洛旗小花棘豆样品的根部和叶片的苦马豆素含量存在着显著性差异(P<0.05)。2从小花棘豆植株中分离出了内生真菌,经过同源性分析得知,该真菌属于埃里砖格孢属内生真菌。3从小花棘豆不同器官中都检测到了内生真菌,两个种群小花棘豆不同器官的内生真菌含量都存在差异。两个种群小花棘豆个体的根部与叶片的内生真菌含量之间都存在着显著性差异(P<0.05);伊金霍洛旗小花棘豆个体的根部与茎杆
3、的内生真菌含量之间存在着显著性差异(P<0.05)。4对两个种群的内生真菌含量与苦马豆素含量进行相关性分析,伊金霍洛旗小花棘豆样品内生真菌含量与相应苦马豆素含量之间呈显著正相关性(r=0.55,P<0.05),而杭锦旗小花棘豆样品内生真菌含量与苦马豆素含量之间没有正相关性(r≤0.1,P>0.05)。关键词:小花棘豆;疯草;苦马豆素;内生真菌;Undifilumoxytropis;荧光定量PCRResearchonRelationshipBetweenSwainsonineandEndophyteofUndifilumoxytropisinOxyt
