3、byeachpatientsincontrolgroup.Bothgroupsweretreatedforthirtydays,Noothermedicineistakenduringthisperiod.Bothgroupsweregivenpsychologicalcounselinganddietaryguidanceduringthisperiod.Toobservetheclinicalsymptoms,signsandsafetyindicatorssuchasblood,urine,heart,liver,renalfunctions.Twogroupsweremake
4、nacomparativeanalysis.Results:Thetreatmentgroupclinicaltotaleffectiveratewas90.00percent,83.33percentforthecontrolgroup,afterstatisticaltreatment,nosignificantdifference(P>0.05);twogroupsofpatientswithcurativeeffectofTCMSyndromecomparison,statisticaltreatment,thereissignificantdifferences(P<0.0
5、5);thetreatmentgroupinimprovingthediarrheaafterabdominal,chills,fart,pulseareabyttest,thereissignificantdifference(P<0.05);Twogroupsofpatientswithemotionalsymptomsbeforeandaftertreatment,thetreatmentgroupintheemotionalstatusofthespiritofimprovingthesituationisbetterthanthecontrolgroup;twogroups
6、aftertreatmentgastrointestinalbariumthroughthewholetimeandcolonictransittimewereprolonged,comparedwithbeforetreatmentthereissignificant(P<0.05),thetreatmentgroupinimprovingthebalanceofgastrointestinalmotilityisbetterthanthecontrolgroup.Conclusion:Jianpiwenshensoupcaneffectivelyalleviateavariety
7、ofsymptomsofdeficiencyofyangofbothspleenandkidneysyndromeofirritablebowelsyndrome(diarrheatype),withoutadversereaction,itsmechanismmayberelatedtoregulationofgastrointestinalmotility,visceralhypersensitivitytoreduce,bacteriostasis,
