3、hodstoexplorethedistributionpatternofsyndromesandcharacteristicsofsyndromedifferentiation.Results：1.Afterstatisticalanalysis,wecomeupwiththefollowingresults：①ThepeakageofIUDreducedbleedingside-effectis30-40yearsold.②Themajorityofthepatientsholdahighschoolcertificateorhigheracademi

4、ccertificate.③TheabnormalbleedingusuallyoccursoneyearaftertheplacementofIUD,especially6monthsaftertheplacement.④Theoccurrencerateinpatientswiththreeormorepregnanciesishigherthanthosewithlesspregnancies.⑤Themajorsymptomsofthebleedingsideeffectareprolongedmenstruation（>7days≤15days）

5、,profusemenstruation(morethanhernormalamount),darkreddishmenstruationwithbloodclots.⑥Amongthe5commonsyndromes,combinationofstasisandheatisthemostcommonlyencountered.⑦Theoccurrenceofprolongedmenstruation(11-15days)showednosignificantdifferenceamongthe5syndromes.⑧Theoccurrenceofprof

6、usemenstruationwiththeamountincreasesby1/3showednosignificantdifferenceamongthe5syndromes.2.ThemainsymptomsthatarestatisticallyvaluabletosyndromediagnosiswereobtainedbyLogisticregressionanalysistoconcludeadiagnosticcriteria.Conclusions：1.8majorcharacteristicsoftheIUDinducedbleedin
