2、encefactorsandthentoprovidetargetedadviceandsuggestionsfortransformationofnursingservicemodeinhospitalandimprovementofinpatientssatisfactiontoDemonstrationWard.Method:Clustersamplingwasusedtocollect317inpatientsand73nursesfrom"DemonstrationWard.Self-designe
3、dquestionnaireswereusedtointerviewthoseinpatientsandnurses.Head-nursefromDemonstrationWardwereinterviewedusingainterviewoutline.EpiData3.1Softwarewasemployedtoentrydata.Weuseddescriptiveanalysissuchasmean,standarddeviation,frequencyandcompositionratio,univa
4、riateanalysis(independentnonparametrictest)andmultivariatelogisticregressionanalysistoanalysisdata.Results(1)AccordingtotheactivityrequirementofDemonstrationWard,organizationalleadership,nursingmanagement,nursingcare,andsecuritymeasureswere.Indoingsosomeach
5、ievementsweremade.Inpatientssatisfactiontonursingcarehadrisedto99.3%.Inspectedwardsfourtimesadaybyhead-nursesbecameaspecialactivity.Thechainofbasichursingcarewasexplored.Thereweresomeproblemsintheactivity,suchaspartlytakingthechargeofnursingcare,shortageofn
6、urses,nodetailassessmentstandards.Meanwhile,theutilizationrateofbedsin4DemonstrationWardsweremorethan100%andratiosofbedsandnurseswereless3than1:0.4;(2)The311inpatientsfrom"DemonstrationWard"wereinvestigated,thescoreofsatisfactiontonursingcareandenvironmentw
