2、rsandthentoprovidetargetedadviceandsuggestionsfortransformationofnursingservicemodeinhospitalandimprovementofinpatientssatisfactiontoDemonstrationWard.Method:Clustersamplingwasusedtocollect317inpatientsand73nursesfrom"DemonstrationWard.Self-designedquestionnaireswer
3、eusedtointerviewthoseinpatientsandnurses.Head-nursefromDemonstrationWardwereinterviewedusingainterviewoutline.EpiData3.1Softwarewasemployedtoentrydata.Weuseddescriptiveanalysissuchasmean,standarddeviation,frequencyandcompositionratio,univariateanalysis(independentno
4、nparametrictest)andmultivariatelogisticregressionanalysistoanalysisdata.Results(1)AccordingtotheactivityrequirementofDemonstrationWard,organizationalleadership,nursingmanagement,nursingcare,andsecuritymeasureswere.Indoingsosomeachievementsweremade.Inpatientssatisfac
5、tiontonursingcarehadrisedto99.3%.Inspectedwardsfourtimesadaybyhead-nursesbecameaspecialactivity.Thechainofbasichursingcarewasexplored.Thereweresomeproblemsintheactivity,suchaspartlytakingthechargeofnursingcare,shortageofnurses,nodetailassessmentstandards.Meanwhile,t
6、heutilizationrateofbedsin4DemonstrationWardsweremorethan100%andratiosofbedsandnurseswereless3than1:0.4;(2)The311inpatientsfrom"DemonstrationWard"wereinvestigated,thescoreofsatisfactiontonursingcareandenvironmentwere3.19±1.31respectively;(3)Theresultsofunivariateanal
