6、1hor12hor24hafterBLMinstillation,micewereintratracheallyadministeredwithHUC-MSCsorPBS.TheresultsshowedalveolarinflammationandcollagenstainingwassignificantlyreducedintheHUC-MSCstreatmentgroup,andtheBLMinstillation1haftergivingHUC-MSCswasoptimaltherapeuticeffectsan
7、dthebesttherapeutictime.ThedatashowedthatmicewithHUC-MSCstreatedweredemonstratedtherelievedclinicalmanifestationsofmortality,weightloss,andlackofoxygen.TheinflammationandbleedingofalveolarwasreducedbyHEstaning,collagendepositionofMassonstaining.TheconcentrationofH
