4、hythmia,andchronicbronchitis,etal.Torestorethetrochanterandcalcarofthefemurandensuredtheproperheightandfemoralanteversionoffemoralprosthesisduringsurgery.Recordoperativetime,intraoperativebloodloss,postoperativedrainage,bloodtransfusion,complications,ambulation
5、time,fracturehealing,hipfunction,x-rayofthehipandHarrisscore.HarrisHipScoreSystemandradiographywereusedtoevaluatetheclinicalefficiency．ResultsThisgroupofpatientsoperativetimewas50~120(70.4±14.3)min,intraoperativebloodlosswas100~500(230.5±60.7)ml,bloodtransfusio
