2、awleyratsfedwithhighfatdiet.Methods:Atotal32maleSDrats,health,aged8weeks,weight180-200g,wererandomlydividedintofourgroups:theNDgroupwasfedwithstandarddiet;theHFDgroupwasfedwithhighfatdiet;theHFD+INSgroupwasfedwithhighfatdietandtreatedbyinsulin(INS);theHFD+STZgr
3、oupwasfedwithhighfatdietandtreatedbystreptozotocin(STZ).After1weekofacclimationperiodandabrosiafor12hours,theHFD+STZgroupwasinducedwithasingleintraperitonealinjectionofSTZ(50mg/kg),othergroupswereinjectedbufferatthesamedoseinstead.Threedayslater,theHFD+INSgroup
4、wasinducedwithsubcutaneousinjectionof1U/Kglong-actinginsulineverymorning,othergroupswereinjectednormalsaline(NS)atthesamedoseinstead.Thechangesofbloodsugarandweightofratsweremonitored.UsedofcolordopplerultrasoundevaluationIMToftheaorta.Themorphologicalchangesof
5、aortatissueswereobservedthroughlightmicroscopyafterHEstaining.thelevelsofbodyweight,FPG,TG,LDL-C,TC,HDL-C,FINS,HbA1c%weremeasuredafter4months.TheHOMA-IRwasevaluated.TheexpressionofVEGF,TNF-ɑ,PGC-1ɑ,ApoEwereanalyzedbywesternblot.Results:1.ComparedwiththeNDgroup,
6、theIMTingroupsofHFDandHFD+INSwereincreasedforabout1.53foldand1.92fold(P<0.05).TheresultwasalsofoundstatisticallysignificantwhenHFDgroupwascomparedwithHFD+INSgroup.TheIMTwasnoobviousdifferenceinthegroupHFD+STZandND(P>0.05),buttheIMToftheHFD+STZgroupwasthinnerwhe
