3、mployee’SorganizationalidentificationandpredictthechemicalindustryEmployee’Scontextualperformancelevel，anditcanprovidetheoreticalguidanceforthechemicalenterprisemanagerstoimprovethemanagementmodel．Basedonpresenttheoriesaboutthecausalitybetweenorganizationalidentifi
